Meet the Team

Mark, our Business Development Manager for Fabrications has joined us with a 10-year sales background in sheet metal fabrication. With a passion for maritime architecture & fabrication, his role will aid business growth for the company, building close relationships with both existing and future clients.

Rafael, a Civil Engineer, has been working in the facades design sector for the last 5 years and is passionate about designing. He's a natural leader and an open font of knowledge, helping other team members to improve. Rafael is constantly learning and continuing to expand his own knowledge, too!

An ambitious administrator who has been working across servicing and financial industries for 10 years, Ellie believes in rising to any and every challenge that she is faced with. She's a lover of art and spends most of her spare time lost in painting, drawing and writing.

Ewelina started at ICB in September 2022 and has since excelled within her department, grasping the job extremely quickly. Her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure make her an asset to the team.

Kat has joined ICB Fabrications as a specialist in AutoCad and GCoder Turret Punch Programmes, where she prepares drawings and punch programmes with attention to the smallest details. Kat always has a positive attitude to life and new challenges.

Our workshop manager, Lukasz came to ICB following years of welding experience. He ensures only a high standard of production is sustained across all stages.

Jason joined our workshop floor team in order to help sustain consistent, high-quality production and has proven a great asset again and again.

After extensive training, Bartosz has been appointed as Sheet Metal Fabricator. His invaluable knowledge of the product and his expertise in metal work ensures an exceptional quality finish every time.

Matthew is one of our workshop operatives. A great all-rounder with over 10 years of experience, he knows his way around all aspects of the workshop floor, from material prep, folding and powder coating to assisting customers with the handling/loading of consignments and documentation.

Kallum joined ICB Fabrications as a Powder Coating/ Workshop Operative in June 2024. He has three years of flooring experience as well as a year and a half of working in a Warehouse environment.
